Abstract Objective To observe the clinical value of blood routine and coagulation parameters in IgG4-relatedA bstractdisease( IgG4-RD) with osteoporosis. Methods 26 patients diagnosed with IgG4-RD and 51 healthy controls wereselected as the IgG4-RD group and control group, respectively. Blood routine and coagulation tests were performedand analyzed for both groups. 26 IgG4-RD patients were further divided into the osteoporosis groups ( 5 cases) andnon osteoporosis groups ( 21 cases ) for blood routine and coagulation tests and analysis. Results The measured values of red blood cell distribution width and white blood cell count, monocyte ratio, immature granulocyte ratio, absolutevalues of monocytes, absolute values of neutrophils, absolute values of immature granulocytes, measured values ofthrombin time, and D-dimer levels in IgG4-RD patients were higher than those in healthy individuals, showing astatistically significant difference(P<0.05). The measured values of red blood cell count, hemoglobin coneentrationhematoerit, mean red blood cell volume, mean hemoglobin quantity, mean hemoglobin concentration, plateletvolume distribution width , as well as lymphocyte ratio and eosinophil ratio in IgG4-RD patients were lower than thosein healthy individuals(P<0.05). The measured values of red blood cell distribution width and absolute values ofnucleated red blood cells in patients with IgG4-RD combined with osteoporosis were higher than those in the nonosteoporosis group (P<0.05). Conclusion Multiple indicators in blood routine and coagulation function havechanged in patients with IgG4-RD, indicating the presenee of immune dysfunction, which may serve as a diagnosticand therapeutic basis for IgG4-RD and IgG4-associated osteoporosis.
