Abstract0bjective 'To analyze the efficacy of mometasone furoate combined with chlorphenamine maleate in thetreatment of allergic dermatitis. lethods 94 patients with allergie dermatitis were condueted. According to differenitreatment methods , they were divided into the control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. 'Thecontrol group were treated with chlorphenamine maleate, and the observation group were treated with mometasonefuroate on the basis of the control group. 'The Dermatology Life Quality lndex( DLOI) and the lesion area score wereused to evaluate the quality of life and the state of the lesions in both groups. The levels of serum interferon-gamma ( lF'N-y) and interleukin-4( 1L-4 ) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The total clinicalefficacy rate in the observation group was 91.49% higher than 74.47% in the control group, with a statisticallysignificant difference( P<0.05 ). After treatment, the remission time of symptoms such as redness, itching, wheal.and peeling in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ). The DLOl seore, lesionarea score, and the level of ll.-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levelof IFN-y was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05 ). The total incidence of adverse reaetions in the twogroups showed no significant differenee( P>0.05 ). Conclusion Mometasone furoate combined with chlorphenaminemaleate has significant therapeutic elfeets in the treatment of allergie dermatitis, with alleviating clinical symptomsand better improving the quality of life of patients.
