Abstract Objective 'To observing the clinical effect of combined therapy with blood purification to treat acute leftheart failure. Methods 100 patients with acute left heart failure were selected and randomly divided into thecombination group and conventional group using a number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Theconventional group were received continuous blood purification treatment, while the combined group were receivedadjuvant treatment with tolvaptan. The changes in electrolytes and cardiac function before and after treatment . as wellas the clinical indicators and prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, thecombined group had lower levels of N'T-ProBNP and higher blood sodium levels than that in the conventional group, and diference was statistically signifcant ( P<0.05 ). In the combined group, LVEF was higher than that in theconventional group, while LVDD and sPAP were lower than that in the conventional group( P<0.05 ). The intubation time , lCU stay time , respiratory support assistance rate , hospitalization time, and ineidenee of adverse events in thecontrol group were lower than those in the conventional group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of acute lefiheart failure with continuous blood purification assisted by tolvaptan can elfectively improve patient electrolyte levelsand promote cardiac function recovery, which has positive significanee in accelerating patient recovery process andreducing the risk of adverse events.
