Abstract Objective 'To study the level of glyeosylated hemoglobin ( HbAle ) and its influeneing factors in ruralpopulation of a county. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect the general situation andepidemiological data in one county. Blood lipid, HbAlc and other indicators were detected. 'T-test, analysis ofvariance and multiple Linear regression model were used for analysis. Results There were 2949 participants beingeligible for inelusion in the analysis. The average level of HbAlc was 5.794%. Variables of univariate significanee( age, low-density lipoprotein , triglycerides , waist circumference, urea, systolic blood pressure etc.) were includedin the multivariate analysis. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, low-density ( LDL-C ), triglyceride(TG)systolic blood pressure(SBPwalstcrrcumterence(W)ureawere positively correlated withHbAle levels, the diflerence was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Age, TG, LDL-C, SBP , WC , ureaand glycosylated hemoglobin levels are positively correlated, and targeted measures should be taken to activelyprevent and maximize the quality of life of the population. Keywords: blood lipid: glycosylated hemoglobin: diabetes: influencing factors
