可视音乐引导式干预对肾母细胞瘤患儿术后情绪的影响

摘要：目的：探讨可视音乐引导式干预模式对肾母细胞瘤患儿术后的情绪影响。方法：选取103例肾母细胞瘤术后患儿作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用可视音乐引导式干预模式。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估焦虑性情绪障碍，采用Frankl行为量表、Houpt行为量表评估依从性；应用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及患者日均哭闹时间、平均住院时间评估音乐干预效果。结果：干预后，观察组SDS和SAS量表评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组Frankl和Houpt行为量表评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组患儿VAS评分低于对照组，日均哭闹时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：可视音乐引导干预有助于降低肾母细胞瘤患儿术后的负面情绪。

Effects of visual music guided intervention on the postoperative mood of children withnephroblastoma

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of pure titanium stent denture on repairing dentition defect.Methods: 103 children with nephroblastoma after operation were randomly divided into two groups.Thecontrol group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given visual music guidedintervention mode.Self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were used toevaluate anxiety disorders,and Franklin behavior scale and Houpt behavior scale were used to evaluatecompliance; the effect of music intervention was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS),average dailycrying time and average hospital stay.Results: After the intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05); the scores of Frankl and Houptbehavior scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05); the VASscore of children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the average dailycrying time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Visual music guided intervention is helpful to reduce the negative emotions of children with nephroblastomaafter operation.
