On April 9,a delegation from Polytechnic University of Leiria, Portugal visited GLMU.

At the symposium, representatives of the two universities respectively introduced the achievements of the universities in the fields of talent training and international education, and discussed about in-depth exchanges on the China-Foreign cooperation in nursing discipline, teacher and student exchanges, scientific research cooperation etc, and signed a MOU. The event marks the formal establishment of cooperative partnership between the two universities.

The delegation also visited the library, the Nursing Teaching Experiment Center, the Home Delivery Room and the Pelvic Floor Medicine Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital, and spoke highly of GLMU's hardware facilities, teaching environment and the medical service level of the hospital.
