Objective To analyze the relationship betwveen Clq/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6Abstract( CTRP6) and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with gestational diabetes ( GDM) and the potentialmechanism in the pathogenesis of GMD. Methods 50 GDM patients were selected as the case group, and66 normal postpartum women who underwent pregnaney examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The general data ( age , gestational age, body mass index, parity) and clinical data( blood glucose indicators, blood lipid indicators , insulin function, CTRP6 expression) of the two groupsof postpartum women were compared, and the risk factors that can lead to CDM were summarized usingunivariate analysis and logistic multiple regression analysis. Verified by Spearman correlation coefficient ,the correlation between CTRP6 expression and glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in CDM patientswas analyzed, Results Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that fasting blood glucose ( FBG ) >10.0 mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc)>10%, triglycerides (TG )> 2.5 mmol/L, low-densitylipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)>2.0 mmol/L, and apolipoprotein A5 ( ApoA5) ≤100 μg/L, CTRP6 >600 μg/Lfasting insulin ( FINS)>10 mU/L, islet β Cell funetion ( HOMA-β)≤50. Homeostasis modelassessment for insulin resistance ( HOMA-R) >2.25 is a risk factor for the occurrence of CMD. Accordingto $pearman correlation coefficient test , the expression level of CTRP6 is positively correlated with FBGHbAlc,TG, LDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR,and with ApoA5 and HOMA-β Negative correlation. Conclusion CTRP6 will continuously increase with the inerease of FBG, HbAle, TG, LDL-C, FINSHOMA-IR, and the decrease of ApoA5,HOMA-B.
